The Women in Technology WA (WiTWA) DEI Corporate Membership Program supports organisations to address the under-representation of women in the technology sector, particularly in leadership roles.
The program guides members to consciously create opportunities to increase diversity and inclusion across the employee lifecycle.

About WiTWA
If you can see her, you can be her.
WiTWA is a Perth-based, not for profit organisation providing a framework for women in tech [+] to extend their networks and expand their knowledge.
Formed in 1998 to support women who found themselves in heavily male-dominated industries, we added the [+] to our logo in 2019 to acknowledge the range of backgrounds in our organisation.
Our supporter base is more than 5,000 strong – and growing! We operate a range of initiatives across WA including events, our annual conference and awards, and the Techtrails high school program.
WiTWA is operated as an NFP network by a team of 25+ volunteers. It is governed by a Central Committee comprising of Co-Chairs, Secretary, Treasurer and Sub-Committee Leads.
The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Corporate program was formally established in late 2020 in response to requests from organisations seeking support to consciously address the imbalance of women in technology roles.
We support your DEI program by providing guidance on program design, access to our network partners, and supporting the women in your organisation, across their employee journey.
